There are a lot of people on the internet that never really suffered from varicose veins. They will try to sell you something as cure for something they never suffered from. If you lived close to me a few years ago, I would have been happy to show you mine ( yes, most of mine are gone – but not all.) Of course, I was embarrassed by them, but if you had the same problem as me, I would show you (I am not shy). Before, the thoughts of someone wanting to see my spider veins would have repulsed me but I am happy to show them of today. Why? Homeopathic remedies helped me. Because some people say… I don’t see anything (when they look at my legs)! I always feel amazed inside when I think about that.

Many of the websites you visit will talk about getting rid of your varicose veins, but how do they want to accomplish that? With surgery of course! I have had friends who underwent this surgery. Yes, some of them had good results, but the majority did not. No matter which way it turns out, the surgeon makes money. If the results are good after several months, you are both happy. If the problem has not been resolved, the surgeon has pocketed the cash (although he may not feel good about bad results). The bottom line is that you are left to look at the ugly problem and think “what the heck did I just pay thousands of dollars for surgery for?”

The natural way beats surgery hands down most times. There is no reason not to try it before you spend thousands of dollars on a surgery. Why would you spend a big portion of your income on a surgery that is not guaranteed to produce results? The other biggie is the cost of the surgery. I f you are like me, your medical insurance does not cover it and considers it cosmetic. So here I am with varicose veins (which are painful sometimes) and my insurance company says it’s cosmetic and not covered. OK, so I am a bit old (yes, I have an AARP card) but I still believed it should have been a covered. Today, I am glad I was not.

Lucky for you (and me) there are simple exercises, diets (no, not starvation diets) – you just need to learn the right foods and avoid the bad ones. There are herbs readily available in health food stores. The bottom line is this, don’t have surgery until you have explored other options. You owe it to yourself to make an informed decision. I did, and the results were great – not perfect – but more than I ever expected.

No matter which option you choose, I wish you the very best of success. Just because we are not 19 years old anymore does not means we can not have sexy legs! My wife says mine are sexy. I hope she is not kidding!
