Kidney Alternative Medicine

Last year i suffered from Severe ear infections.Therefore i had taken lots of antibiotics(i was given Ciproflaxin 500mg dialy two tablets)approx for 5 months continuously.After that i shifted to alternative medicines Homeopathy,and with God grace i hav much better now(almost 99 percent cure).Nw one day i was reading on Net that overdose of antibiotics can cause kidney failure.From that day i use to remain in depression because of the damage antibiotic Must have done to my kidneys.Right now i dnt feel any problem of kidney,But still i m very much afraid that in future if my kidney would go fail etc etc.
My age is 24 years old.I m 100 percent healthy now but still so many thoughts haunt me every time like–In future i could have to suffer from kidney failures etc etc.Please suggest me how to settle these thoughts.Is it True that if you have taken antibiotics for 5 months continuouslyly then sooner or lator ur kidneys will fail.
