Fish – Good or Bad for the Skin?


..if you have an acne-prone skin.
One of my doc (dermatologist) said that it is good to have fish once a week. But an alternative medicine doc had advised a friend of mine to avoid fish for the same problem.So can any doctors enlighten me here?

Also,am kinda confused whether i should visit my doc Again and Again. Its been two years since I started treatment so is it advisable to see my doc again?Actually am trying real hard to stop it and do something natural.any advice?
